what time signatures or wierd synch does this song consist of, it sounds stright on first sight but their is some strange sychopations and stops in this song.

it feels like the melodie line never actualy stops, the parts flows into each other smoothly like their is no obstruents just like a wind, it floats on layers of synth only controlled by the ticking of a ride cymbal and hi-hat + some china strokes, the cymbal work is in a constent motion.

is their odd time sigs or wierd time sigs on In Too Deep

That video doesn't work for me (it says for my entire country actually....), but I youtubed "In Too Deep" and a song by Genesis came up (I don't listen to them so I don't know).....this being progarchives I assume that is the song you meant.  That is definitely 4/4, just listen to the drums.  16th notes on the high hat, then the usual 2 and 4 accent.  I assume its around the " You know I love you but I'm....." part that is throwing you off, the drummer is just doing a fill then coming in and kind of accenting the last eighth note of the previous measure.

Which of you to gain me, tell, will risk uncertain pains of hell?
I will not forgive you if you will not take the chance.
