I included CTTE in both intentionally, as I believe it to be a bridge between two periods in Yes's heyday. Sorry to GFTO lovers, I didn't include it because I don't feel it fits in well with its predecessors. (I still love it, though!) Personally, I like the more exuberent and experimental latter choice. TFTO is my all time favorite album, with CTTE and Relayer also ranking in my top five. -------------

I have voted for the first choice, although recently I did promise Flowerchild and a few others that I would give TFTO another go, as I haven't heard it in about 15 years... and low and behold, guess what arrived in the post this morning? The remastered expanded edition with 3 extra tracks... am I a masochist, or what?!! I got it for a couple of quid on ebay... no doubt if I'd had haggled harder, someone would have paid me to take it away! ------------- Music has always been a matter of energy to me. I think you should have excluded CTTE from the second phase and included "Going for the one". This is an often overlooked and under appreciated work.
