Hi,

And this is the up side posts in the board!

1. More Rush fans.
2. More Genesis kissing fans
3. More people saying Keith Emerson is God.
4. More fans agreeing with the previous three mentions
5. More London'ers saying London started it all and not admitting their olde imperial nature! Billy Budd, there was a reason why they whooped you. You too, Jack!
6. More PA posts discussing the golden merits of the old days, and the crap that today is in comparison.
7. More PA posts with 2 letter or 3 letter/word answers, or better yet ... worthless comments that only spam the thread and make more valuable threads look weak because they do not have the volume!
8. A new area on PA ... where all new posts go, before they get moved to their correct areas.
9. A new area on PA, where suggestions are actually discussed as suggestions instead of personal attacks by some folks. Comments to the opposition should drive their chair down the pier and jump into the ocean!
10. Finally ... a fun side .... the 4th side of an LP ... Matching Tie, Hadkerchief and Shorts! ... where the comedy would give PC and DM a run for their Ad Nauseum ... and if you haven't heard it yet ... too bad!Tongue

I'll agree on mosh with this! It kind of annoys me to go in the poll section and when I read it, I sometimes think,"what a cool matchup!" I wonder how people feel about it sometimes, and all I see are these one word answers. I understand, we need to tell people our votes, but why did you vote for them? What makes that song/band get your vote? Sometimes when I read peoples thought's on a specific band/song/genre, I see and learn new things from some of your posts. I love this site, and I love reading people's feedback. But the people with one word answers just bug me. Moshkito, I value your thoughts and the effort you put into your posts. A lot of the stuff your posts really give me new insight.

Billy Budd is from a Melville novel, I assume Jack is Jack Tar - another allusion to the British Navy. Not quote sure what the whooping is all about - wasn't the last major Brit naval defeat in European waters the battle of the Medway?

I'm presuming that by London he means England. It is the only city he mentions. Other places are named by country in his posts. Unless he thinks all British music originates from London, and that we (the British members) are all from London too.

Maybe it's because we are Londoner's, that we love Prog Rock so.......

In that case I don't believe in Keith Emerson.

Genesis IS the best band isn't it? I mean asside from Emersons keyboards. Are you trying to insinuate that we only believe what we believe? I think Pink Floyd coming out of London (being just as good as Genesis...oh and Kieth Emerson)makes London the best too right? Which forum should I put this in?
