It's an annoying song, but ironically playing a song badly or dissonantly is always more annoying.

I thought it was a fairly fun reinterpretation... I don't think the intent was to defame, more to lightly poke fun, in the grande tradition of the Residents' Third Reich n' Roll, Zappa's Absolutely Free, or Thinking Plague's Les Etudes...

And the "my composition, Owner of a Lonely Heart" bit is a bit of ironic humour, since the piece is obviously not our composition ("such theivery", our singer comments).

Oh, I did not know it was posted by the artist Embarrassed. Sorry I did not want to offend. It is ok for me if people do a 'fun' interpretation. The only thing which annoys me is if the pitch is not correct. The singer sometimes intonates too high or does not hit the note correctly. This interpretation shows me again, how good Jon Anderson sings.
