I afraid there is wrong release year (!) added for new album of Polish neo-prog band Believe. According to their site, new album is released already:
http://www.myspace.com/believeartrock but there on PA it's added as will be released in 2011. I think it's just a mistake ? http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=31221 |

If you scroll down the myspace you encounter: Seems it's been only released in Poland already. Possibly Uwe added the year of release according to release outside of Poland date, but true date is date of original release (2010), so I think the change was done according to all rules
