Hello there, my name is Raymond Westland, I'm 30 years old and I'm from The Netherlands. I'm the chief editor of Home Nucleonics, a weblog dedicated to progressive, technical, atmospheric and avant-garde music (http://homenucleonics.wordpress.com/) When it comes to bands/artists I'm currently listening a lot to Arcturus, Demians, Winds, Age Of Silence, Red Harvest, Porcupine Tree, 05ric/Gavin Harrison, Ihsahn, Shining (NOR), Maudlin Of The Well/Kayo Dot, Meshuggah, Devin Townsend, Tool, Textures, Death/Control Denied, Damn The Machine, Nevermore, Pain Of Salvation, Cathedral, Secrets Of The Moon, Nine Inch Nails, Cynic, Klone, Hacride, Trepalium, Gojira, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Freak Kitchen, Mr Bungle, Fantomas, Faith No More, Opeth, Solstafir and Orphaned Land. Other interests: I'm very much into British comedy (Blackadder, Bottom), fitness, discovering new bands, writing, doing interviews, history, politics and philosophy. Welcome, Dutchie. Good to have more Dutch people around here. Nice list of bands you have there as well. If you like Textures, try Cynic and Exivious as well.
