Hi,
I don't know whether the band has already been evaluated, but I didn't found any topic about it while searching.
Moto Perpetuo was a shortlived prog rock band which released only one album in 1974. After its demiseounder member, keyboard player and singer Guilherme Arantes went to achieve success in his solo career, but with pop music.
The sound of the band is very influenced by Yes and there are good symphonic prog songs in their only album, so the logical association is with Symphonic. As the format of the band is song-oriented, it may fit Crossover as well.
I'm putting some songs of the band which I've found in youtube: Matinal: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhzfWqfFtkw - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhzfWqfFtkw Três e eu: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAcf459Y0zI - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAcf459Y0zI Turba: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LgIz-A_VIY - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LgIz-A_VIY
If addition is approved, I may provide bio & album info

Beautiful music. Based on the samples provided, I'm asking the Crossover Team for the evaluation.

Hi Fernando, this band attracted my attention few months ago. I think that their Prog credentials are big enough to get my YES vote. Very melodic, as is usual in this type of South American bands. It must be the language, flows so easily

Well, of course the band can be rejected, after all teams have their all standards, but the band, here in Brazil, was considered one of the most important 70´s prog acts, along with Os Mutantes, O Terço and Som Nosso de Cada Dia.

Well, when Guigo Atkingani is from Brazil as well, he may know them. My vote is so far the only YES, but more may appear.
