The moving in went well, but there's no A/C.  Dead  In winter we won't need any, because the window is literally five feet wide and opens up about 3-3.5 feet, so lots of cold air then!

Neutral Milk Hotel is an obscure gem really.  It's not for everyone but it has certain qualities that I've come to adore.  In the Aeroplane Over the Sea is one of my favorite non-prog albums.

Yes it is. Egon Schiele is the man.
