I am wondering if anyone has more in depth detailed information about an electronic artist named Charles (Chuck) Minuto?  He recorded an album of mellotron pieces in 1983 titled Celluloid-Neptune. I remember hearing the album at a friend's house during that time. I have read and researched the title on the internet. It is possible to download 3 tracks only. There is a cdr ..2 on 1 disc available from 2 sources which I normally don't have dealings with.I haven't desired to take the plunge. Charles Minuto was a teenager when he recorded this album in 1983. Do any electronic music fans on P.A. have  more information on this character?
