David Gilmour uses it in Pink Floyd's Pigs (Three Different Ones) and Keep Talking, I know for a fact.  Both great tracks.

Adam Jones from Tool uses one in Jambi, but doesn't say anything. Only goes "Woooow wooow" etc.

Funily enough I was just reading an old review of mine of Wishbone Ash's "Locked in" album, where they discovered the voice box. I'm afraid I wasn't impressed.

I had a feeling Barrett had used one somewhere. I believe I may have just heard one on the 2nd track on Tool's 10,000 Days.
