Hi all,

It's been 1 month (started May 14 2010) since the DNS problems started with some Europeans ISP.

The problem caused users to not be able to load the site using the www.progarchives.com. The ISP were not able to find www.progarchives.com on the INTERNET, so , they return an error.

This "unknown cause" problem was fixed for most users June 17, 2010 by forcing a re-synchronization of all ISP in the world with the Progarchives.com DNS, by changing DNS hosting provider.

Hopefully, it will stay fully functional for everyone.

If you know someone who still can't access the site, please have them contact me at [email protected] (because [email protected] won't work for them)

Thanks for all who helped me in the resolution of this.

Enjoy PA,

Prog On !

Oh well, you're not a stranger to alternate solutions in that department if I've understood matters correctly ;-)

I'm glad the site's back to normal again. I wasn't able to get on the site for days.

Does Europe use a different ISP system?

No, some member's ISP were not resolving the name www.progarchives.com.

Those members come from Europe countries (from what I knew).

It's still an un-explained thing, that I fixed magically (I should say).

Hope it won't re-happen.

I wish I could still write reviews. That time out thing prevents me. Sorry just can't waste the time. Tried to write one yesterday. No more reviews from me.
