Which letter, from the alphabet, do you have the most prog bands whose name start with said letter? And what are those prog bands? Mine is M with 11 prog bands: Magma Marillion Mars Volta maudlin of the Well Mew Minimum Vital Miriodor Mono Moody Blues Moon Safari Muse Edit: Whoops, meant to put this in lists. Can an admin/mod move it?

Well, in number of albums it is a close battle between G and H. since I am a completionist and Guru Guru, and Gong made lots of albums as well as Peter Hammill and Hawkwind there really is a bulge there. But also number of artists. for G we have: Guru Guru Gentle Giant Genesis Gong Gongzilla Peter Gabriel Greenslade Gilgamesh Grobschnitt Gryphon Gila For H we have: Peter Hammill Steve Hillage Steve Howe Steve Hackett High Tide Hoelderlin Here & Now Hawkwind Bo Hansson Harmonium Dashiell Hedayat Lots of albums indeed, and some of the artists under G and H have been quite prolific in their output., like Hawkwind, Peter Hammill, Guru Guru or Gong. -------------  BaldJean and I; I am the one in blue. |

By the way: Since we don't distinguish between musical styles in the sorting of our collection you will for example also find Jan Garbarek or Edvard Gried under the letter "G". Or Joseph Haydn and Herbie Hancock under "H". Oh, I forgot - Hancock is in the archives too.
