Atlantis was German rock band formed in 1972 by musicians who previously played in progressive rock group "Frumpy". Their most intersting albums are: http://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/atlantis/atlantis/ - Atlantis and http://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/atlantis/its_getting_better/ - It's Getting Better (both from 1973). In these 2 albums Atlantis presents interesting mix of progressive rock simililar to Frumpy *(the same vocalist and organ player...) with ltos of blues...and funky influences. After these records http://rateyourmusic.com/artist/kravetz - Jean-Jacques Kravetz left the band and Atlantis changed style to more typical, short-songs oriented funky/pop/blues band. However 2 first albums are prog enough to include this band on PA ... I suppose.

This is interesting. More like groove/jam than pure prog, but since Frumpy is in Eclectic I'll ask the Eclectic Team to give their opinion on this.

The first two albums they are fully prog, i think that ozzy tom have this albums as well, because i nkow he is another forum that requested this album, i think ozzy tom that you have to PM the team to send .rar files.

Update: I don't know if you sent the samples off , but I've just listening to the various ones in youtube, and do not see this in Eclectic as it is so blues-based.  It may have some Krautrock and jazz-rock qualities, but it doesn't strike me as fully prog (I know that's a loaded term).  I would think Prog Related, but it has similarities to ones in Heavy prog (due to the blues, and not so much for heaviness).  I know Frumpy is in Eclectic, buy even that I don't feel completely comfortable with in Eclectic. Since there is signifcant mainstream qualities, I would put Crossover ahead of Eclectic (which is not to say that it's right for there).  If there is more material made available for evaluation, then my opinion might change.

prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
