Welcome to the latest in a series of free download albums.   This is the 4th in a series of 10.

PEPPERMINT DAISYCHAINS  by  TRENCH       http://www.mediafire.com/?zx2lgtzjxkv - http://www.mediafire.com/?zx2lgtzjxkv

1  Meltdown mother earth    7;17
2  Somerisle    4;50
3  They were ready to come home    2;53
4  Cherry Verrander v's the melody machines    9;33
5  Whispers and vapour    4;06
6  Hypocrite germ incubator    6;34
7  Peppermint daisychains (til fade)    8;54

The entire album was recorded at primitive 25 studios in the west midlands,England between sept-nov ,2009.

Although each track is a seperate entity in its own way ,the album has been mixed so it plays as one continuous piece  (it's how i like to hear it,  Selfish ?????)

As well as using the usual guitars, synths basses etc i have tried to incorporate harmonica.lotus flute...............................and french horn!!!!

The album veers between space rock, film soundtracks, pastoral ,and a little krautrock on the 4th track

Please enjoy ,its free, but i would apprecite a little feedback, positive or negative (you only learn from your own mistakes)

Is my music still uncatagorizable   ????????????????????

Other albums still available for free download...................................

Great album! Love the atmosphere, seems more like a blend of electronic and psych to me.

Thanks for sharing, but is there a way to download the songs seperately? And what about the cover-arts from the other albums?

Thankyou good people, Unfortunatly it is one continuous piece of music as that is the way i intended it to beSmile

I will try and Remix it at a later date so the tracks become individual pieces.

Ok,Mr truth i will leave them on a little longer.

All i ever wanted was a little feedback (positive/negative ?)

I will give this a listen today. Right now listening to Ambrosia Dream. Liked the mellow beginning and then later on the switch to a faster, yet still delicate, pace.

Good use of varied instrumentation, gives a rich sound. To me that's important, or rather adds a lot to the music.

I don't like the spoken words, especially when the music seems to be very low and at a standstill. A personal issue of mine. If there was more movement to the music in the background, it'd be better in my mind. I realize you're telling a story there, but for me it doesn't work. It works better at minute 30 and on when the music is much more alive and energetic; that's where the narration works better for me.
The vocals at 34mins are a bit out of tune. Nice Floydian touch there, but could use more "guts", more basis to strengthen the impact of that segment, more power, or rather a richer backing.
