First off, I'm a gigantic prog fan, and I'm in a prog metal band called Capture the Sun.

Anyway, I want to tell you all about a prog radio show that me and 2 of my good friends and bandmates host up here at the University of Maine, on our campus radio station.

It's called Thwomps House of Prog, and it airs for the first time tonight at 9. We play progressive rock and metal ranging from Animals as Leaders to Russian Circles to Dream Theater. Due to our stations lame-o rules, we cant play "classic rock", so there won't be any Yes or Rush coming from our end of things, unfortunately.

But if you're a fan of prog and prog related goodness, give her a listen!
