Evening folks...

I was recently juggling ideas around about how some bands have the same name, although have different lineups...

I was thinking that some form of era grouping could be incredibly useful for someone taking a glance at a discography.

Here's a quick example I made for Marillion:

Could this idea, or something similar, possibly be implented into PA? I know it isn't really important, but I think it would be very useful for people with a smaller knowledge of bands and their respective lineups, or people just getting into bands.

Thanks
-Joel

I think it's a good idea, but it wouldn't work with every band. Marillion has two obvious eras, and the different eras of King Crimson are pretty clearly separated by breaks and changing lead singers, but what about bands whose members have changed one by one? Yes, for example?

To be completely honest, I hadn't thought that far ahead
