I recently purchased an Orange Tiny terror amp and am going to be selling my zoom G9.2tt multi effect/modeling thing.  I would with a portion of what i get like to buy either a reverb or delay pedal for when a wet signal is appropriate.  What do you guys recommend,  I was thinking either a holy grail reverb or memory man delay (both electroharmonix).  thoughts?

Delay depends on whether you want analog or digital.

Try a Line 6 Echo Park.
Not that cheap and they weigh more than most singular pedals, but sounds good and very versatile and offer everything from vintagey analog delays to ultra long, clean digital delays.
Check out their Verbzilla pedal too for a good reverb pedal.

If not, perhaps the well known Boss Digital Delay would serve you well and can be easily found on the used market, if nowhere near as versatile as the Line 6 pedal, but obviously cheaper though.

I prefer analog which is why I was leaning towards the memory man but I will check out the echo park as well. Gracias
