I've created a few threads since the problems started. Now it's time to give a lot of clappies to mailto:M@z - M@z and anybody else involved in bringing this site back to live. It may still not be as smooth-running as it was when I joined in 2006, but it's so much faster than the last few months, with almost no errors, no problems, so it's time to say THANK YOU for the effort in keeping this site alive and making it (again) a pleasure to browse...

Let's hope this doesn't hit 4000 posts and obligate M@x to have to close it Folks, maybe add a note of thanks when you're posting to other threads. Heck, spreading the love might attenuate some of the ardour displayed in some discussions. Thank You guys for the support, I am sorry to have to close some topics that affect the server performances but for now it's the easiest solution.
It seems that we have a big prog community ! Ttoo big that the server can't handle it.
So , if I may ask a favor. Please report any slow loading topic, overposted topic should be close (ask admin, moderator to do it). Unrelated discussions going off-topics should be moderated or closed.
For now it's the best we can do to keep the site and forum enjoyable. Thanks again. ------------- Prog On ! |
