How can a band be included in ProgArchives? Email the admin? What are the requirements?

Create a thread in the "suggest new bands/artists" section of the forum. Discussion will ensue and eventually the genre teams will vote yes or no for inclusion of the band.

as Pnoom says, but there are requirements such as biog, MP3 samples etc. Please refer to the sticky thread in Suggest New Bands.
