Well, I think that the "Important Topics" takes a lot of space in every part of the Forum, giving very little opportunity to the Forum Topics to have more topics in the front page.

I suggest to make a "Announcements" or something-like section in the main menu of the Forum.

I suugested that those Important Topics go on the Main Menu page of the Forum. But mailto:M@x - M@x has made more space on the front page for threads in every category.
