Actually don't send them to admin, send them to mailto:band.submissio[email protected] - [email protected] . We will also need a biog and pictures etc. Refer to the instructions in the Suggest New Bands sections.

Maybe he doesn't want to suggest a band for inclusion but rather send mp3s for already added band.
