Just wondering if anyone can explain why my IP was blocked for an amount of time - I mean, ultimately, it doesn't matter, mailto:M@X - M@X has very kindly got me unblocked again, but consequently, with a new User which puts me back to a newbie. I thnk that I have been a useful and polite contributor and am puzzled as to why anyone would wanna block me (of course, the problem could have been technical), so was just wondering if anyone could enlighten me.

PS - Should anyone be planning on moving this, could thye have the manners of PM-ing with the reason why, and where it should have been 'rightly' posted. As far as I'm aware this is the right forum area for this kind of thing, but would appreciate being told it it isn't.
