Subject: Request Object Error...Operation Not Allowed

I just spent a bunch of time scanning and fixing up the cover to the original Canadian issue of "One Fine Morning" by Lighthouse. It has different artwork than the foreign pressing shown, so I thought it would be useful to show it as it was marketed in its country of origin. Except that every time I try to submit it, I get the following:
Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'
Operation not Allowed
/Post_submittitle.asp, line 40
Anybody know what's going on there?
Thanks.

Is the cover in the correct extension allowed by the site?
Maybe it's better for now to send us the cover... we can check what's going and later do the replacement.

Yes, the extension was correct. it was a .jpg at 500 x 500 px, and under the filesize limit by a good margin. Is there a rule set up in the board software that two copies of an album with identical titles may not be submitted? I was not wishing to replace the artwork of the LP currently showing, but to add to it. The foreign album features a front cover that was not used in Canada until three years later, when a Best Of album was released. I figured people would like to see both editions of the "One Fine Morning" cover.
If it does turn out to be possible to list the same LP twice, with allowance for different covers, where may I send the photo?
Thanks.

The actual file size can stop it loading. I find anyhting over about 500kb doesn't load.

It was 266 KB. That's a little over half the limit.
Any other ideas?

The upload facility has problems with spaces in file names, and if I recall correctly, dashes and ampersands (&) are also suspect. If you remove any of those, that might do the trick.
Question: how many admins does it take to allow someone to upload a cover image?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it again this evening with underscores instead of spaces.

Have you tried not touching the side of the holes with that tweezer thingy?

Multiple entries for the same album release are not wanted, and generally not with somewhat different versions/ releases. An international release, unless sufficently different, wouldn't warrant an extra album addition (and it would need to be titled a little differently I think).
it's just one cover per album entry. That one would have to replace the other. So yeah, just the one cover for One Fine Morning. That image would have to be deleted and replaced, and that is not something that most people here can do. As you say, you just want it as an extra, and I don't think that's really possible under the software.

I don't know if I've missed something here. Sounds like an either/or prospect.

One of the things on mailto:M@xs - M@x's wish list is the ability to add alternative covers.

Oh well, that being the case, I guess I'll just have to wait until it becomes possible to have alternate artwork displayed. Thanks for the information.

Sorry, I didn't mean to negate your proposal. Your case for changing the sleeve here is spot on, we have a policy of showing the original cover.
Could you perhaps add the image to this thread, and we can pick it up from there?

I'd like to post it to this thread, but I'm not seeing how that's possible. I don't have a website to retrieve it from, and pasting from clipboard or inserting image doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried it with Mozilla and IE, and it's no go. Have I missed something?
