This is very minor but still an error nonetheless: Dream Theater's Made In Japan (Official Bootleg) album has 6 tracks listed as song #2. That should probably be corrected, for aesthetics' sake.
ALSO, I am not a big DT fan and do not currently own the album Octavarium, but someone with the proper knowledge should have a look at track 1. I'm not sure if the "[vi. Ready, vii. Remove]" part of "Root Of All Evil" should be attached there. the "Ready/Remove" seems like it belongs on the final track, "Octavarium."
Again, just an observation.

First issue: fixed.
Second issue: I'm by no means a DT expert but on Wiki the tracklist is the same as here.
