Interesting that ELP has got not one vote... I hope threefates takes notice...

EDIT: Oh my! I mustn't have read the title properly or something! I thought it was for WORST prog band!! Hence my observation! No offence intended, threefates! I'm on your side... slightly.

I voted Genesis, but I'm surprised Yes doesn't have more. I assumed they'd be top.

No mentioning of Van der Graaf Generator, Gong or Magma? Guess I'll have to take my vote elsewhere.

I voted for ELP, but most of the bands on the list are favourites as well - with the exception of Camel (which I don't know very well), Marillion (which are rather good, but not at the same level with the others) and Genesis - which I have always found very much overrated.

1. Pink Floyd

2. Yes

3. King Crimson

4. ELP

5. Jethro Tull

6. Genesis
