Figure Di Cartone - great tune, great keyboards, great word 'Primavera' - very Botticelian, complete opposite to the weather behind my window

oooohhhh... just listened to this today.. .brought back a lot of memories.. of a wonderful evening.. with wonderful company.

toss up between Gioco Di Bimba (love the waltz beat) and Breve Immagine (the intro gives me goosebumps and Aldo's voice... can it speak to you any deeper with any more feeling)

sh*t.. I guess I have to choose... that first side of the album is shear prog prefection. and doesn't drop much at all on side 2.

if I had to choose..

Be difficult to choose just one off this album.  Dusts the "cobwebs off the album," listens again. The first track, "Una Dolcezza Nuova" is my pick.  It's vibrant... Exciting and beautiful in part -- there's good contrast.  Although not a long song, it is the longest which is good when it comes to very well made songs (little bit more to love).  I was tempted to vote for "Aspettando l'alba," but it's fuzzier,

I'll have to agree with RaphaelT and go with "Figure di Cartone" though I love the whole album.

Gioco Di Bimba for me. Such a simple tune and very beautifully arranged. You can 'hear' and imagine them playing. The sound on this album is so good. A classic.

Breve Immagine. Hard to explain. Nice keyboards, but that's for all of the album so not really an explanation.

Well, a nice composition, I suppose that's just it. Gioco Di Bimba is my nr. 2.

oh boy, it really could go any way depending on my mood.  I guess that's one of the signs of a great record...so lets see:  you have a breathtaking neo-classical piece in Una Dolcezza Nuova, with one of the most beautiful piano/vocal melodies you'll ever hear, a nice poppy folk tune, a prog mini-epic with crazy synths, a brief climax (a fleeting one?...pardon the pun), and then two more lovely folky songs, and finished off with a brooding instrumental with fuzzed-out organs.  Tonight I'll go with a folky one... Aspettando L'Alba; Aldo put down the perfect vocals for that one.
