On the balance of the three films "Terminator" is not a bad guy!

My "favourite" "bad guys"

1.Amon Goeth (schindler's list)(although not a favourite in any sense of the word)
2.Alex (A Clockwork orange)
3.Hannibal Lecter
4.Roy Batty (blade Runner)
5.Nurse Ratched (One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest)

Non Human/humanoid:

1.The "Alien" (Aliens series)
2.Hal 9000 (2001)
3.The Great White Shark (Jaws)
4."The Thing" (The Thing)
5."The BodySnatcher Pods" (Invasion Of The Bodysnatchers)

Wow talk about a good list! Even if the more recent invasion of the body snatchers is dragged out a bit too long, i like how it crosses over with the original. very well done.

Gdub:

How could all of you forget Darth Vader?  There has never been a screen villain more ominous, hissable, and downright bad-ass.  Khan was also a super villain.  Bruce Payne in Highlander: Endgame is another fave (he was also the villain in Passenger 57).  And for goodness sake, where is Freddy?

Peace.

If it shall be correct it goes like this: "You know Dr. Evil, I have always thought you were crazy, but now I can see your nuts"

Dennis Hopper really does a good job at being evil doesn't he? Like in Speed or (God forbid) Waterworld.

Darth Vader, who else?

On a more serious note: Gary Oldman in 'Leon' and Kevin Spacey in 'Seven'. 'Nuff said.

EDIT: Blacksword smokes them all!!!

I'm with you on Gary Oldman's character in 'Leon' - what the hell was in those pills?

Also, a blast from the past - Bruno Tattaglia in 'The Godfather' - sinister, dangerous, the police in his pocket, and ultimately - dead! Splendid!
