I don't know if this is possible, but, can I include bold letters and italics in my reviews?
I find that this would be useful if you want to point sth out...

Any response appreciated Big%20smile

The syntax is < b > text < / b > without any spaces (I had to put spaces or text would have appeared in bold). Replace "text" with the words you want to appear as bold.

b = bold
i = italic
u = underline

Make sure you close the command ( </ b >, < / i > etc.) with the same letter as you started with.

Other options are <p> for a new paragraph (don't leave any line breaks if you use this or it will double space).
<BR> for a new line.

The clever forum software filters all HTML out, because otherwise you could type something like </html> and break the whole page Wink.

Really thank you.
I didn't know how to do it.

Hmmm...I have a similar question, to be honest.

I recently wrote a review ( http://www.progarchives.com/Review.asp?id=158691 - http://www.progarchives.com/Review.asp?id=158691 ) and used the same format for italics, and yet it came out where you literally see the HTML.

Why did this happen? And is there any way to change it?

You're right. Something happened since the forum went upgraded...

Another strange issue. I can't use quotation marks in my review any more, only apostrophes.

If I wrote:

This is the example of a "quoted text".

it will appear as:

This is the example of a Quoted Text.

Strange...

mailto:M@x - M@x is sorting out a few bugs. Meanwhile, we are watching out for reviews where the HTML coding has not activated, and making it active.

Hopefully, the quote marks will return shortly too.
