A band submission but they actually have no official release - The Dark Young.
They were active in the 90's and give an eclectic style similar to King Crimson or VDGG.

I shall do my best to find as much material on the band and post it on this site as a tribute to all of the hard work we put into this creative project. So, take a look around and listen to some tunes, once they're posted, and check out a Boston band that didn't sound like anything else around at the time!

I sampled a few tracks, and I think the material is definitely worth checking out by those of us who enjoy KC, VDGG and The Who - the three of them mentioned as the main influences of the band. Don't be fooled though, tracks like "What we think is beautiful" have nothing to do with ITCOTCK era KC. Gosh, all these acronyms look ugly...

Check it out - thanks for pointing us to this one, Rivertree. And I hope Manny gets around to releasing these live recordings on a more solid medium than tape some time soon.
