I've read Easy Livin 's post about the reorganization of the forum. One comment about the cover bands.

ALL related topics with a cover band have to be posted under this umbrella by now. Still, I believe that when talking about a concert, it should just sit under "concert reviews".

I will go and see Steve Howe + Fragile next week Monday (only three days more to wait; I 'm really thrilled). Does it fall 100% under cover band or the fact that Steve is playing with them adds such a wonderful flavour that the review of this exceptional concert can be discussed in the "concert review" ?

I'd say they are still a cover band. Howe seems to appear on Yes tribute albums too sometimes.

The live reviews sections should be now for bands and artists listed on the site.
