I reckon I haven't give enough listens to GFTO, although Awaken is undoubtely good I'd say. But dude, you're comparing it to Heart of the Sunrise, such a masterpiece! My vote.

"Heart" is on an album filled with exemplary songs. "Awaken" is without a doubt the brightest moment on an otherwise average album. | I've always been unable to take "Awaken" seriously. Yes, I know it carries you away when you hear a good live performance, but I just can't think of it without a shudder. As soon as I picture Jon singing: "High vibration go on...", I think: O, sod off... I'm sorry if this is one of your favourite pieces, but it's just too much for my Personal Bullsh*t Detector. And the guitar solo on "Sound Chaser" is far superior. |

I've always found Heart of the Sunrise to be quite boring, whereas Awaken is the best thing that Yes pressed to vinyl that wasn't on Close to the Edge or didn't steal a title from a Robert Heinlein novel..
