When i first joined i wanted to have e-mail about replys and posts in forums but nothing happened then suddenly ive startedto get 40 emails aday notifying of replys but i havent changed anything and i cant stop it (or at least i dont know how)  ------------- http://www.last.fm/user/cozfunkel/" rel="nofollow">

In the top right of the forum pages, you can click Settings. You can disable reply notification there (under Forum Preferences). Also, you will may have automatically gotten subscriptions to threads you posted in. You can unsubscribe from those, also by clicking Settings and then the link to Email Notification Subscriptions.
