I've doubts about tonton Gainsbourg

Spacecraft is a fascinating band, really orginal...

I advise you to put an ear on 'Fille qui mousse'. This band belongs to the 70s french underground. It really rocks but I think there are enough subtile, strange  and exerimental elements to be qualified as prog rock.

Check also the folkly 'Tangerine' and 'Catharsis' (one of the leader of the french scene)

Moi aussi ! (Me too !)

Also check : Nino ferrer: Metronomy

A thread devoted to french speaking people...

As we're in french music, I've recently discovered a french singer called Alexis HK. His music has nothing to do with prog, but I like it anyway. Do some of you know him?

Patrick Forgas' solo album is entitled : "Synchronicité". Any impression about this album ?

talking about french music I have a (maybe offtopic) question as well

Romors say that there's a special percentage of music, that has to be in french relating to radio airplay...is it right?
