I have not been able to post my reviews, but other people are because there are new ones coming up on the homepage. This occurs on the screen when I try to post:

Please help. Thanks! OuchBig%20smile

Arsillus, I'm getting the same error, what did you do to fix it?

If anyone else knows what's going on, I'd like to know.

I think I was logged in as a Guest. I have no idea why or why it was causing problems, but I logged out, logged back in and it worked. It was really weird. Sorry if that's not helpful, but that's how I fixed it.

I'm experiencing the same problem that Arsillus mentioned. It is my first review I'm trying to post so I'm completely lost here. Also, it says that I'm logged in as Guest, while my nickname is ElroyJ, is this normal? I tried logging out and back in, as was suggested but that didn't solve it...

FYI: I haven't used any exotic characters in my review.

are you still having the problem?

Yes, it's still there :(

As I said before, it is my first attempt of posting a review, so I'm not really experienced with the procedure. If I knew for sure that I could alter or delete my review after I had posted it, I could try to submit it with a placeholder text for example, to see if it works that way. But since I'm not sure and I don't want to fill the site with "test"-reviews, I think it's better to wait for someone to find a solution, don't you think?

I did try both Firefox and IE, but since it's a server-side error I don't expect that the choice of browser matters much.

I hope it will be fixed soon. Thanks in advance.

It worked!

I was logged in as Guest for some reason, but when I logged out and back in, I was known as ElroyJ and that solved the problem! :)

Thanks for your support.

If we enter ourselves only to send off the reviews comes registrar like "guest".  It is necessary to enter itself to the forum.

Ive posted around 10 reviews and now suddenly i cant anymore. When I go to post a review it says im logged on as Guest also. Im not sure what it said i was logged on as when i was able to post my reviews before though, i didn't look. Im getting this error on the next page, after i finish my review and click the button to post it.

HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer

So...Help please? (it kinda sucks too cause ive written more than one 500+ word review and they didn't work, so i lost the data. This time i saved my RUSH- Moving Pictures review onto notepad on my computer until i can fix this problem and properly post it)

1 Chronicles 13:7-9

Then David and all Israel played music before God with all their might, with singing, on harps, on stringed instruments, on tambourines, on cymbals, and with trumpets.

Try logging out and back in again, see if that resolves things.

I came across a similar error a few times (including this morning when logging in from the Collaboraters profile page. Usually logging off and on solves the problem. If that doesn't work throw away all cookies for ProgArchives from your browser cache and log on again - that always works (unless M@X is making changes, in that case it's a matter of bad timing).

I sometimes have trouble with the logging in for collaborator profile, since every time I log in, when I go back, I'm out again. Don't know if that's related.

But I always make a habit of writing out all reviews in Word or something; keeps 'em secure AND spell check. Which is sometimes soarly lcking on tehse review.s

Make sure to avoid using the "Quick log in" facility. It is ambiguously phrased as it is intended for a quick (i.e. brief) log in, then times out.
