No "One Little Victory"? That stole the show at the R30 concert. Plus they used pyro. That was fun.

I can in no way vouch for the validity, or completeness of this list, just passing along what I saw! I am hoping for One Little Victory as well!

The setlist looked alot better whilie it was partial.
It's great to see Between Wheels still there, and a return of circumstances, but I don't understand why they would want to play summertime blues.

24 days to go for me (July 8 at PNC Arts Center). Can't wait!
Having the set list before hand is great. You can plan your bathroom breaks BEFORE Intermission, then have no wait to pee, and no wait at the concession stand to re-fill!

Limelight (unexpected to start a show, but good choice) Digital Man (YES !!!) Entre Nous (VERY unexpected but VERY welcome into the set) Mission (at last, something other than Force Ten from HYF) Freewill (unavoidable) The Main Monkey Business (YESSSS!!!) The Larger Bowl (my least favorite from S&A, strange choice after TMMB) Secret Touch (Love that song!!!) Circumstances (now THIS WILL ROCK) Between The Wheels (Great !!!) Dreamline (like almost anything else from Roll the Bones, I could have done without it) Unidentified song (what kind of a Rush fan are you ???)
INTERMISSION
Video Intro Far Cry Workin Them Angels Armor and Sword Spindrift The Way The Wind Blows (this one and the previous four are among my favorites on S&A !!!) Subdivisions (a classic) Natural Science (never get tired of this one) Witch Hunt (my heart just skipped a beat, such a great song!!!) MalNar (hope it's extended a bit!!!) Drum Solo (Go Neil !!!) Hope (Go Alex) Summertime Blues (was that necessary ? Oh what the hell, bring it on, it's only rock&roll after all) The Spirit of Radio Tom Sawyer (now these two end the show perfectly... yet again)
ENCORE
One Little Victory (HURRAY!!!) A Passage to Bangkok (Wow, can't wait to see how it will sound!!!) YYZ (IN MY FACE !!!)
A very good show in perspective, and they usually rotate a few songs during a tour, so we'll be in for a few surprises on September 15th.

Oh ...there was more info about the unidentified song when I saw this.....
Here is how it was when I first found it.....
Here is an update from the Mike Portnoy website posted on rushisaband.com
i guess we'll know for sure by tomorrow......but i'm a little bummed no xanadu and patrick will be disappointed no temples of syrinx as it will be his maiden voyage......
Just got back to my hotel after a VERY amazing day... but the story of the trip here is for a different thread. This thread is simply to inform everybody of tonights final rehearsal setlist.
We were NOT allowed onto the grounds of HiFi Buys Amphitheatre... .but we were told to stand across the street, which we did for a while before we found a location with better sound (and less traffic passing by!)
So... for those that want to know... here is what they played tonight!!!
Limelight Digital Man Entre Nous Mission Freewill The Main Monkey Business The Larger Bowl Secret Touch Circumstances Between The Wheels Dreamline (unidentified song... there was a long silence after Dreamline so we went to find a restoom and refreshments, upon leaving the gas station we could hear SOMETHING, but couldnt make it out before it was over)
INTERMISSION

Witch Hunt has been a favorite of mine since MP came out - to see this played live ; roll on 9th October

Just got back from the Atlanta concert and WOW WHAT A SHOW!! Far Cry absolutely blew my mind live- the energy during that song was unbelievable. Don't base your opinion on that video (although it was a good video, and I'm sure very hard to do during that show) it just doesn't do the song justice. I don't think I've ever been so amazed while watching a live performance. Circumstances, Entre Nous, Witch Hunt, Dreamline; they were all fantastic. I'm speechless as to how good this show was. The South Park intro to Tom Sawyer was hilarious as well. Unfortunately, Peart's drum solo was not as good as some of his in the past in my opinion, but still good. I also think they should have played We Hold On instead of The Larger Bowl. To anyone who is going to see them, I hope you like the new album because they play nearly the whole thing.

I was at the ATL and it was amazing. I haven't been to many concerts, but that unseats the Who as my favorite concert. Almost three hours (once you subtract the intermission) of rarely played gems. IMO Alex lIfeson stole the show. His solos were incredible and he stood out much more live than in the studio. The S&A material was great, as was the synth era stuff, which was so much heavier and rockin live. If they're coming to your town, see them.

Before I went I was a little disappointed because they left out La Villa Strangiato as well as all of their longer songs, save Natural Science. But man, that concert was killer. Every song, and I mean every song, had so much energy and I'm having a hard time listening to studio recordings now. The S&A stuff was so much heavier, and Geddy's voice was great IMO. I'm afraid I'll become a Rush fanboy when it comes to reviews now

Just attended the Raleigh, NC show last night - what a fantastic concert.
The music selection was great - would have like to have heard La Villa Strangiato but it was still great. Almost perfect (they still won't play The Camera Eye).
Anyways - the band seemed to really enjoy themselves. I couldn't stop grinning. A lot of great video as well. Wonderful to see Alex in the lead again was great guitar work. Geddy as always did a wonderful job on bass and Neil was perfect on the drums (anyone who says he doesn't use the whole kit or need it is full of crap).
The "waiting around to see the band music" before the show and during the break was interesting. Yes, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, King Crimson, The Mars Volta, and Porcupine Tree.
And for all those hard working men and women in the armed forces - During the Workin' Them Angels song, they had a bunch of photos that flashed on the screens - men and women working construction, industrial workers, women at sewing machines, etc., all with angel wings on their backs. The last image was a silhouette of a couple of soldiers with their wings. Lots of cheers went up for that one (Ft. Bragg is fairly close to Raleigh).
Already looking forward to the next one (one can always hope).

Setlist update:
Distant Early Warning had been heard during soundchecks for the last few weeks, and they made the change last night in Bufallo, removing Summertime Blues for DEW.
Summertime Blues seemed to be the song getting the most complaints from fans online.

This has to be the worst set list that Rush have ever played. I wouldn't even by a live CD/DVD of this show, let alone purchase a ticket!

Has Lifeson retired the PRS? I've seen him play nothing but Gibsons and the occasional Telecaster on this tour.

I don't think we can call any drummer the best. Neil is definitely one of the most influential and a most outstanding drummer, but calling him the best is a matter of opinion.
Actually, I'm the best but the world has not realized it yet.
