On jamendo, the artists distribute their music under http://www.creativecommons.org/ - Creative Commons licenses. Check the http://www.jamendo.com/en/static/concept/ - concept . ^ The website is legal ... unfortunately most of the music isn't prog, but there are some nice exceptions.
