I'm looking to take up the keyboard and I wanted to weed out my practices by working on the required skills/techniques in order to be able to reach the virtuoso level. Well, I know that the virtuoso level pretty much covers every spectrum, but if you guys could narrow down the absolute essentials and give me some lessons to work on it would be really helpful. Thanks.

P.S.: Any dexterity exercises would be helpful also.

You don't just decide to become a virtuoso.  There isn't a set of exercises to make you a virtuoso.  Just practice, practice, practice.  Try to sight-read any piece of sheet music that comes anywhere near you.

So basically attain any techniques and skills that come across me?

How long have you been playing? I dont want to insult you, but the way you mention this it seems you arent that advanced and might not know how much work there is to it

Some people have it in them, others don't. Practice a lot and see how it turns out.

I know how much work there is to it. I'm not that stupid. I'm devoting my life to music, and I know to practice daily. I was just hoping to get some exercises to work on to improve my playing abilities considering that I can't find too many sources dedicated to this instrument.
