If i have to choose from the three examples: english.
It's the one in which you'll feel in harmony with nature. But the french has it charms too...

I'm Italian but i vote for English gardens, Italian gardens are beautiful but too much formal to me. And this is a very strange thing if you think about it: Italian people is more than "informal" and produce irritating formal and symmetric gardens, English people is far more "formal" than other peoples in Europe and produce a large variety of (fake)wild gardens.
