I went to the main page and saw that it had no index but all of them on the screen.     |

That could be right - same here. Actually, I like it (regardless of the layout). It took me a month of regular visits to discover that it was possible to switch the index after I joined PA.

It's ok, but it would take up less space if dropdowns were used instead of link lists.
