Okay, which Rush song you prefer from these two. And on what criteria? Both are Ska and Reggae based up-beat songs, both are by the same band and from the Same album (Signals). And both have the word Man 
I choose Digital Man. It has more interresting lyrics, its darker, better intro and emotional guitar solo. I also posted about Digital Man on the Proglounge, go check that out.

Probably "Digital Man". I like both, but "New World Man" is sort of light for Rush.

Both are excellent songs, from an excellent album. But I voted for 'New World Man'. I love the bass line in that song, and the lyrics are very simple but clever. Just a great song, one of Rush's best shorter songs.
