I received this email from the man behind "Cerulean Blue" -

"Sorry to intrude into your inboxes but we thought you might like to know that Lisbee Stainton’s new CD “Firefly” will be available for sale on Monday (23rd of October 2006) at http://www.lisbeestainton.com/ - www.lisbeestainton.com . You can also listen to and download the entire CD for free here as well (I wonder where that idea came from?!).

The CD is arranged, produced and mastered by Rain who also plays guitars and keyboards etc, with Iain Ballamy on sax, Matthew Sharp on cello and Phil Morgan on violin.

Lisbee’s music has been described as atmospheric and melodic, very English, in a direct but gentle and acoustic/folk-influenced style – a “classical” singer/songwriter.

I've listened to the album and it's an excellent chill out kind of album, you can hear the Rain influences and Lisbee's vocals remind me of The Sundays. Worth a listen (it's free!)
