A great album one of the Krautrock albums I currently own a copy of and tied for my favorite. I like the song Halleluhwah the best followed by the rest

Its one of the albums I can't think of like that. Oh Yeah is the track I would play to introduce someone, but its defenatly not any more of a favorite than Halleluhwah or even Peking O.
------------- Over land and under ashes
In the sunlight, see - it flashes
Find a fly and eat his eye
But don't believe in me
Don't believe in me
Don't believe in me

Halleluwah is the best track on the album, although not by much. I love the way Irmin Schmidt picks out Jaki Liebezeit's drum pattern on the piano, and at one point Damo Suzuki sings the titles of the other songs on the album, but most of all the momentous, trance inducing rhythm laid down by Jaki Liebezeit and Holger Czukay. Classic stuff, and all recorded on 2 track machines and edited by Holger.

Its the type of album you should really listen to all the way through but my favourite would hafe to be Halleluhwah followed by the paranoid Peking O

"Oh Yeah" is a wonderful song, and my favorite.
------------- Dissonance; subtle harmonic dissonance
Contemplating and completing the negative space
Romantic symphonies left on the floodplains

Oh Yeah!!!
it's a very concise and definitive track (despite its shortness)
the side longs don't give a sense of epics to me. They sound almost the same in their edited down versions.
------------- Listen to Turkish psych/prog; you won't regret: Baris Manco,Erkin Koray,Cem Karaca,Mogollar,3 Hürel,Selda,Edip Akbayram,Fikret Kizilok,Ersen (and Dadaslar) (but stick with the '70's, and 'early 80's!)
