Hi all from South West England

well I've been into this prog thing since before we called it prog. My big passions, musically are Yes, Rick W, ELP, Genesis, ... Oh I could write a list that went on!

In recent years I've got quite hooked on Spocks Beard, Neal Morse, Magellan, Arena, Dream Theater (bit on the heavy side, but cool nonetheless)

Saw Keith Emerson last month in London... Brilliant gig!  Off to see Rick W and Jon Anderson in October Smile

Oh and I'm a bit of a keyboard player myself!  Maybe I'll get around to posting some of my original stuff in the http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_topics.asp?FID=46 - Music and Musicians Exchange  forum sometime.

Nice to have found a prog forum... Cool!

Hi P-C - Thanks for the welcome!

I'm just south of Bristol...

LOL, My wife and I were only talking about festivals the other day! I'm afraid that I'm just a little old for the festival thing!!! LOL All that messing with long waits to get in, tents and inclemant weather - We decided that unless we could stay in a nice hotel, turn up 20 minutes before showtime, get a backstage pass, shmooze with the band for a bit and then settle in next to the FOH sound guy to watch the show, we'd pass Wink

Ah! Summer's End might be the Fest for you then!
No tents at this baby......... nearby travel lodges are the thing, there will be tonnes of "schmooze" with the bands time and the line up is pretty good.........

www.summersend.co.uk

It will be full of like minded folk...........

See you and Mrs Markone there then!
