Golden Slumbers, but You Never Give Me Your Money comes close. I like them all, really.

Golden Slumbers is good, but I'll have to go with: "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make." I'm gonna listen to the entire album now. Paul you're a genius! If they had just published it as one song, it would have been the best epic of all time.

"Because" is a piece of music that, for me anyway, nearly transcends reality. I never considered it a part of the suite, though.... it starts right after "Because".

It is a great suite, lots of fantastic moments. Most of the Abbey Road album is wonderful, but this aside.
My choice is Sun King. Great vocal harmonies, and I like the "Spanish" (or is it?) lyrics.

You've gotta' love "The End." It's as if the lads were saying, "See, we can jam." I don't care how it measures up to anything else. It's the joy of it all. These guys were having a ball, one last time.

Apologies guys, for some obscure reason I've always thought of it as being part of the suite. Of course there is a clear gap after it. Doh.

Mr. Mustard through bathroom windows does the trick, but if you have to pick one, it must be "She Came in Through the Bathroom Window"

Neither is "Her Majesty" come to that. I used to hate that bit when i was a kid and leapt up to take the tone arm off my father's record as soon as "The End" died away.

My favourite part is actually when I found out that the group actually played the whole suite throughout as a run-through for the basic tracks.

Sun King got my vote. Always thought there was something magical to that song. But it's also one of their more time-typical pieces, very late 60's, trippy feeling.

Hmmm, I always thought the suite was refering to the last four songs only, but I can see how these could all be connected as well. I voted for You Never Give Me Your Money.

I love the whole suite, so it's difficult to say what's the best part. I like the "progressive" sound of The End, the beautifulness of Golden Slumbers, the bombastic Carry That Weight... and of course the psychedelic feel of Sun King! And what about the hilarious Mean Mr. Mustard? I guess The End is what I like the most.

Her Majesty isn't part of the suite, as said above. Vote for Golden Slumbers, but the whole piece (and album minus Maxwell's Silver Hammer) is wonderful,

"Golden Slumbers" gets my vote. My daughter loved listening to that at bedtime when she was an infant. My personal favorite from Abbey Road, however, is "Because". Those harmonies are so darn.... harmonious.

I know I was wrong about "Because" but I'd still consider "Her Maj" to be part of the suite. After all, the opening chord is taken from Polytheme Pam as that's where the song originally sat in the suite. It was taken out and the opening chord was left on.
