You all know you've been waiting for a poll like this.
Which Zelda race is your favorite? You know there have been some timeless moments, and you know you like one more than the other.
I vote for the Zora, they've always had the hardest levels in the game, but they are argueably the coolest looking race in the game, and play a crucial part in the story.

I have always had a sweet spot for Gorons. They are big, they roll around and they play the drums. Besides being a race, they actually do race each other.
However, the Zora play the guitar so that makes 'em cool too.
I think I'll vote for Gerudo if only for the fact that they are all redhead chicks and the background music in Gerudo canyon is awesome!

I've always wondered how so many races can live in Hyrule together, when the kingdom is less than two miles wide.
I don't think Deku is a race, though is it? I just though it was a giant tree.
I like the fairies the best because the music is cool in the forest and that tunnel maze is damn rediculous!
For current gen consoles, I like the talking falcons from Wind Waker.

Who the f**k would vote for a shrub?
And I still don't think that counts becuase you don't do business with the deku shrubs/trees/sticks, you only fight them. That's like saying the bats from the Zora Ice cave thing are a race worthy to be on the list.

You know you can't win. All that counts as a Deku race is the big tree.

In Majora's Mask there is a whole Palace and Kingdom of Deku Scrubs.
There are people that would vote for Deku Scrubs...people like Flossy that like flying out of flowers thinking they are a "flower king".

The Deku Pipes were the coolest, they sounded like a Moogtron. I tried to play ELP songs.
I picked the Zora, because I loved swimming through Great Bay, and playing the beaver race. The shield was really cool too.

Yeah, it seems to have a lot of potential on the Wii and from what I've read, the controls are a lot cooler. We'll see when the time comes around if I'm willing to spend that much money, though.

Zelda is more of an action/adventure game although it does have some RPG elements. I'm replaying Majora's Mask at the moment.
I don't have the new one reserved, but I'm sure I'll be able to pick it up in stores pretty easily. If worst comes to worse, I will just wait (I'm used to waiting). I hope it's better than Wind Waker (which I never even finished).

It looks innovative and could make games more interactive. My son thinks it looks pretty cool, especially for the fighting games.

I really like the XBox's controller, mainly because of the analong sticks. the Analog sticks on XBox are argueably the most responsive, comfortable, and accurate. My problem with the PS2's analog sticks is that they feel just a little too loose and inaccurate. The face buttrons are practically the same, but I suppose I like the double shoulder buttons that I PS2 has.
In the end:
analog sticks:XBox
face buttons: PS2

Yeah, and I'm too lazy to play the entire thing again. I have played Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask many times and have done absolutely everything for every time I've beaten them (which should be around 4 or 5 times).

The Skiekah are more of a race that is on the list for historical signifigance. They are behind many of the mysteries of Hyrule, and played a large part in the history of items like the lens of truth and the mask of truth. I wouldn't doubt that they would be the ones responsible for the temples and the protection of the tri-force.
Impa is one of the last surviving Shiekah guardians.

They must've been pretty suspicious, given that all their temples of worship are only accessable all the way through by a complex series of puzzles
