Today I implemented a nice new way to display lists of rated or otherwise quantized database entries. Confused? Well, it's really simple - have a look: http://www.ratingfreak.com/home/websites.xhtml - http://www.ratingfreak.com/home/websites.xhtml or also http://www.last.fm/explore - http://www.last.fm/explore Lists like these are called "clouds" - they're an organic way to display data, a bit like mind maps. So what do you think - do they make sense? Maybe for yours it could be how popular and entry is instead of how recent. As for the cloud list, it's looks cool and I like it. |

They're not meant to be "read" like text ... just to quickly grasp how many entries there are, which one's more important/recent/whatever criterium is used.
