http://www.vintagesynth.com/ - http://www.vintagesynth.com/ - look under EMS. Dunno if there's a dedicated softsynth emulation, if not I'm sure there WILL eventually be one soon for this guy.

It's a software version of the SYNTHI AKS wich is essentially a VCS3 in a suitcase.The software is made by Rehberg,a company that sell refurbished originals under the license of EMS for more than 20 years.To my knowledge,it's the only software version of that legendary synthesizer.
