You don't just get PR,abs...you show the good folks over at inclusion departement that you've been a good boy (velveteers can encounter problems at the reputation issue,trust me  ) and,fingers crossed,you'll get PR.You keep on reviewing and perfectioning your reviewer style and everything's gonna be good.  -------------

I can specifically point you to the direction of Velvs that can give you plenty of details on why they aren't PMs. You need to have some swank reviews and respectable forum behavoir. -------------
