I Was thinking if Radiohead are considered pro so wont are The Verve's not.  They have a simmilar multi layred sound.   And The Verve also have a touch of psychodelia in there music so why not?

There are some similarities between the two but Radiohead are more progressive. I don't really see The Verve here - anyone else?

Not really. Listen to Amnesiac or Kid A - The Verve are IMO at least 2 levels below that in terms of experimentation and innovation.
