I might be repeating myself but what do you expect from a "newbie". I have been reading reviews and discussions on Progarchives for a few years now. Since I decided to join in, I've always had a few
things to ask other progheads about. I already tried once to ask this 1st question but I have no idea where it went; so I'll ask again.....

I've always felt that Blue Oyster Cult should be included in the archives. They were more progressive than other bands of there peers (often linked to Black Sabbath, Zappa and even Deep Purple (who are here)). Astronomy could definitly be considered progressive, as well as Monsters, Nosferatu, Golden Age of Leather, etc....
Anyway, any opinions???????????????

If I remember correctly B.O.C. were considered for inclusion and rejected.

Enjoy the site and the forum.

Welcome to the forum. BOC may have had some Prog elements but they are pure Hard Rock. Plain & Simple.

Welcome to the forum side. I'd go along with BOC considering some others that were not rejected.
